The special issue of the journal “Polish Archaeology in the Mediterranean” (PAM) is available online. As in all previous issues, articles from the latest volume 34/2 are available in open access.
This volume marks 60 years of PCMA UW research in Old Dongola. Contributions by expedition members highlight the site’s role in a broad social context, explored through diverse perspectives and methodologies.
The PAM journal publishes articles on a wide range of topics, from the results of archaeological, geophysical, conservation, and restoration work to in-depth scientific studies in these fields. Its territorial coverage includes the Mediterranean, North Africa, the Middle East, the Arabian Peninsula, and the Caucasus.
PAM is indexed in Scopus. There is an open call for papers for the upcoming issues so articles can be submitted on a continuous basis. More information on the journal and guidlines for authors can be found here.
