PCMA Seminar: Temple of Hatshepsut – current state and research perspectives

After the holidays the PCMA Seminars return with more presentations, mini-conferences and lecture series. The first one is entitled “The Temple of Hatshepsut in Deir el-Bahari. Current state and research perspectives”.

This meeting is an overiew of the current work of the PCMA UW expedition headed by Dr. Patryk Chudzik working in the Temple of Hatshepsut. Four papers will present the results of ongoing and recently completed egyptological, archaeological and conservation works. In the second part of the day, research perspectives will be discussed, with particular emphasis on the challenges of reconstruction work.
