IDUB grant for PCMA UW scholar

Another PCMA UW researcher has been awarded a micro-grant from the program “Initiative for Excellence – Research University” (IDUB). Dr Agnieszka Pieńkowska received funding for library research at Maison Archéologie & Ethnologie René-Ginouvès Université Paris Nanterre.

She will carry out research necessary for the analysis of the results of archaeological excavations by a PCMA UW expedition in the Qumayrah Valley in northern Oman.

Under the IDUB program University of Warsaw researchers and PhD students can apply for two types of funds: “Internal grants of the University of Warsaw for increasing the research potential of employees” and “Supporting publication activity in the open access model”.
