The results were announced of two calls for positions related to the project MA-P Maloutena and Agora in the layout of Paphos: modelling the cityscape of the Hellenistic and Roman capital of Cyprus.
Dr. Małgorzata Kajzer was accepted for the position of adjunct, while Paweł Lech, M.A., received a scholarship affiliated with the project. They will start work at the beginning of October.
The project, under the supervision of Prof. Ewdoksia Papuci-Władyka, is financed by a grant from the National Science Center in the OPUS 18 competition (2019/35/B/HS3/0229). It is carried out by a scientific consortium which includes the Jagiellonian University, the Polish Centre of Mediterranean Archaeology of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw University of Technology.
