Recordings of the PCMA Seminar “Life in Ancient Nubia: Bioarchaeological Perspectives” have been made available online on the PCMA UW YouTube channel.
The aim of the meeting was to present a range of bioarchaeological perspectives on life in ancient and medieval Nubia. Each session focused on a particular area of bioarchaeological research, examining what we can learn from field documentation and excavation of burials, through isotope analyses for assessing diet and mobility, and palaeogenomic research.(read more).
