Polish archaeologists and staff of the PCMA UW Research Centre leave Egypt

On the night of 17/18 March, 38 people, PCMA UW staff, scholarship holders and employees of other institutions – members of Polish archaeological expeditions in Egypt, left Cairo in a plane provided by the #Lotdodomu campaign.

The whole group reached the airport by rented coach. On Wednesday morning, they landed at Chopin Airport in Warsaw. All travelers will be subject to a 14-day home quarantine.

Since  all office staff of the PCMA UW Research Centre in Cairo left Egypt, the operations of the RC Cairo will be suspended until further notice. If you have questions, please contact us by email (the email addresses of the RC Cairo staff remain the same).
